Vocabulary Workshops

If you are interested in having me lead a vocabulary workshop at your school or learning center, please email contact@vocabbett.com.

These workshops are a lot of fun, and can accommodate anywhere from 5-500 students. I have done them in small classroom settings and entire auditoriums. Sometimes the school English teacher wants me to take over her classes for the day; other times you just need a large-group activity for FLEX. It’s up to you!

Rates

I hate it when people are all secretive about their pricing — it makes it so much more difficult to plan. So I’ll just save us both some time and give you some rates below:

If you are in the Dallas metroplex:

• Hourly: $250
• Half-Day (4 hours): $750
• Full School Day (approximately 8:15-3:30, with corresponding teacher breaks like lunch, etc): $1299

If you are outside of the Dallas metroplex (with the understanding these rates may change depending on the required travel time):

• Hourly: $350
• Half-Day (4 hours): $850
• Full School Day (approximately 8:15-3:30, with corresponding teacher breaks like lunch, etc): $1499
• Any necessary transportation costs
